Established in August 2003, TSI Contracts Inc. (TSIC) began its operations in the Philippines with a modest team of 3 employees. Delivered on schedule and to exceptional quality standards, the project received strong commendation from the main contractor, project management team, and the development owner, establishing TSIC’s reputation as a dependable specialist contractor.
Building on this success, TSIC secured a series of landmark developments across the Philippines. These included Raya Garden, a distinctive residential community comprising four 7-storey buildings and three 30-storey towers set within landscaped surroundings and complemented by premium recreational facilities. Another notable project was Alta Vista de Boracay, an exclusive hillside resort development featuring sixteen 7-storey residential buildings overlooking a Greg Norman-designed 18-hole golf course on one side and the world-renowned Boracay beachfront on the other.
TSIC further strengthened its credentials through its involvement in The Saint Francis Shangri-La Place, an iconic 56-storey luxury residential development located in the Ortigas Central Business District. As one of Metro Manila’s premier high-rise developments, the project reflects TSIC’s capability to deliver specialist contracting solutions for some of the country’s most prestigious buildings.
In September 2013, TSI Domain, Inc. (TSID), an associate company of TSIC was established to undertake mult-specialist contracting services.
