Established in 1987, TSI Group Malaysia has grown into one of the country’s respected providers of building products and integrated building services. Over nearly four decades, the Group has built a strong reputation for delivering quality, innovation, and value across Malaysia’s construction and property sectors. Today, TSI Group Malaysia comprises 7 subsidiaries and 22 affiliated companies, reflecting the breadth and strength of its diversified business portfolio.

As the Group has expanded, our businesses have evolved into a highly integrated network, creating operational synergies through close collaboration and seamless forward and backward integration across our companies. TSI Group Malaysia is supported by a dedicated workforce of more than 160 employees and an extensive network of trusted labour subcontractors, providing access to skilled, semi-skilled, and general workers. Together, they form the foundation of our ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, while continuing to meet the evolving needs of our customers and industry partners.
