Job Requirements:

  • Possess tertiary qualifications in an IT-related discipline (or an equivalent level of experience)
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in IT support or a related role
  • Troubleshooting and technical support skills, basic knowledge of networking, firewall & data backup, IT security & analytics skills, documentation & reporting skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure, handling tight deadlines, and managing priorities
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily IT support to end user
  • Hardware infrastructure support
  • Software application support
  • PC/server/system installation, configuration
  • Manage user account, access rights
  • Perform backup & restoration
  • Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly system monitoring
  • Liaise with IT vendor & service provider
  • Manage IT helpdesk & incidents
  • Implementation of IT projects/IT security
  • Provide training & guidance to users

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field, along with an equivalent professional qualification
  • 2 years and above of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and integrated computerized accounting systems. Familiarity with MHW accounting software is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of MPERS (Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard) and other relevant accounting standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and positive attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prepare full sets of monthly management accounts for group of companies
  • To handle day-to-day finance operation matters (i.e. AP, AR, GL)
  • To reconcile billing & collection transactions
  • To ensure all financial transaction are up to date and recorded properly
  • To assist in any ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma (in Real Estate Management, Business or Marketing-related field)
  • At least 2 years working experience in (Real Estate, Leasing and/or Marketing)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while handling multiple competing tasks simultaneously to closure
  • Proactive and flexible individual with a structured approach to tackling problems
  • Ability to perform independently and be a good team player
  • Personable and people-oriented
  • Computer literate and competent in writing business proposals and correspondence
  • Good public relations, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be an added advantage

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leasing, marketing, and tenant relations
  • Follow up through execution to the opening of the tenant’s business
  • Assist in formulating and implementing leasing strategies
  • To conduct market studies and research on retail trends
  • To prepare and follow through on all documentation for leasing purposes
  • To maintain and manage a good working relationship with tenants
  • To liaise with and negotiate with tenants on renewal terms and/or other feedback or requests
  • Any reasonable ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management
