Job Requirements:
- Possess tertiary qualifications in an IT-related discipline (or an equivalent level of experience)
- Minimum 5 years experiences in IT support or a related role
- Troubleshooting and technical support skills, basic knowledge of networking, firewall & data backup, IT security & analytics skills, documentation & reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
- Capable of working effectively under pressure, handling tight deadlines, and managing priorities
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support to end user
- Hardware infrastructure support
- Software application support
- PC/server/system installation, configuration
- Manage user account, access rights
- Perform backup & restoration
- Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly system monitoring
- Liaise with IT vendor & service provider
- Manage IT helpdesk & incidents
- Implementation of IT projects/IT security
- Provide training & guidance to users
